    This fee covers professional fault analysis, disassembly, inspection, electrical testing, and functional evaluation of the graphics card.

  • Standard processing time:
    Diagnostics and, where approved, repair work are typically completed within 5 to 20 working days, depending on fault complexity and parts availability.

  • Express processing option:
    £42.50 ( non-refundable)
    Express processing prioritises your device immediately upon receipt, with diagnostics and any approved repair work typically completed within 1 to 5 working days, where technically feasible.

Where required, repairs may include the use of high-performance, industry-approved materials and components, including:

  • Thermal interface material: Phase-change thermal pad (PTM7950) for optimal heat transfer

  • Thermal pads rated at 12.8 W/mK

  • Cooling system replacement, including heatsinks and assemblies

  • Cooling fan replacement

  • Printed Circuit Board (PCB) repair or replacement, subject to feasibility

All work is carried out using ESD-controlled workstations, calibrated equipment, and device-specific repair procedures to ensure reliability and long-term performance.
